I have joined Deep Perception team at TuSimple, Inc. as a deep learning research engineer.

Brief Biography

I am a graduate student in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at University of California, San Diego (UCSD). Currently, I am doing my research in the field of computer vision in Statistical Visual Computing Lab, under the supervision of Prof. Nuno Vasconcelos. Before this, I received my B.S. degree in the Department of Electronic Engineering at Tsinghua University, Beijing, China in July 2018.

Research

My research interest lies in both the theory and the application of deep learning in the field of computer vision. Currently, I'm working on 3D perception for autonomous driving, pushing techniques for 3D object detection/segmentation and sensor fusion.
